Sessions may include mat or reformer work and are adapted for injury history, pelvic health needs, and individual goals.

Nervous System & Bodywork Sessions

Gentle hands-on and relaxation-based sessions that support jaw, neck, shoulder, and pelvic tension release while promoting deep calm and nervous system regulation.

These sessions are designed to help clients feel grounded, relaxed, and more connected to their bodies.
